Because of set up times, the minimum order for any run is 20 pieces… 

 

PRICE BREAKS/DISCOUNTS 

As a guide, the price breaks are: 20-29, 30-49, 50-99, 100-200  

 

LEAD TIME 

Normally this is two weeks after confirming artwork and receiving payment. Depending on our work load this may be slightly quicker. If you are in a real hurry we can offer you an express service, which has a 20% surcharge, as we do these jobs after hours and pay our staff an over-time rate.

ARTWORK 

If you can provide hi-res (300dpi) artwork as a JPEG, PSD, PDF, AI, PNG. We can also help you with any artwork needs if your ideas are a little sketchy… 

 

COLOUR CHANGES  

There is a £10 charge for an ink change… 

 

CAN I HAVE A MIX OF COLOURS  

Yes, of course… 

 

WHAT INK DO WE USE? 

We use a mixture of inks and try and be as Eco-friendly as possible… 

 

CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE? 

Because of the set-up times and labour costs preparing artwork and making acetates and screens, samples work out very expensive. We can do them, but they won’t come cheap. We can however do digital mock ups FOC. 

 

EXTRAS: BACK PRINT/SLEEVE PRINT ETC? 

We can do this, but would need to quote you on this, because of the specifics of each job. 

 

DELIVERY INFO 

All our deliveries are tracked using well known couriers who we have come to rely on. We offer next day, 24-hour, 48 hour and international delivery.
